Fast Start Pushes LS Past Marshfield

Marshfield, MA - Lincoln-Sudbury opened strong and kept control throughout in a 12–5 win over Marshfield on Saturday.

How it Happened

The Warriors scored the first five goals of the game, including two from Brendan Dooley, to take a 5–1 lead after the first quarter. Rex Friedholm finished with four goals, while Dooley and Tyler Deede each scored twice.

LS led 7–2 at halftime and maintained momentum in the second half. Brady Malo added a third-quarter goal to push the lead to 8–3, and Friedholm capped off his hat trick early in the fourth. Dante Venuto and Friedholm scored again to extend the lead to 11–3 with under nine minutes remaining.

Marshfield’s Jon Sullivan recorded a hat trick, and Charlie Carroll added two goals for the Rams.
