Warriors Advance to MIAA Semi Finals

Two of the stronger programs in Division I boys lacrosse meet Tuesday afternoon in the MIAA semifinals, with a state final berth on the line.
Lincoln-Sudbury comes in at 16-3 after a convincing 17-8 quarterfinal win over Xaverian. The Warriors have been solid all season and showed no signs of slowing down in the postseason opener.
They'll face an Acton-Boxborough team that has been even more consistent this year. The Colonials enter at 18-2, the best record of any team remaining in the bracket, after knocking off Bishop Feehan 11-7 in the quarterfinals.
With two well-matched programs and a finals appearance at stake, Tuesday's game shapes up to be a competitive semifinal.
Faceoff is set for 5:30 PM.
