Warriors Overcome Early Deficit, Beat Billerica 10-7

Billerica, MA - The LS Warriors opened the 2025 season with an away trip to Billerica. After scoring the first goal of the game, the Warriors would go scoreless for another 9 minutes while Billerica went on a 4-0 run.
How It Happened
- Billerica got off to a quick start scoring four unanswered goals before Brendan Dooley managed get the Warriors back on the board to end the first quarter 4-2.
- LS's defense was slowed things down in the second quarter, holding BMHS to 0-for-9 shooting while Rex Garazzo made 4 of his 12 saves in the frame.
- The two teams continued to battle in the third, finishing all tied at 6-6 heading into the final quarter.
- The LS offensive production carried into the fourth quarter, extending their unanswered scoring run to 4 before BMHS finally answered with 10 seconds remaining after a failed clear.
